At Peak Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium wellness apparel and sauna accessories. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
